Hold Harmless Agreement

1. Minimum order charges are for products and materials, excluding freight, setup, special orders, rush handling, insurance or other charges.
2. All orders require prepayment before shipment.
3. Orders are pending until payment is received and approved by ATF.
4. All goods subject to seasonal availability and sold on a first come first serve basis.
5. Prices, terms, conditions, and specifications subject to change without notice.
6. We are not responsible for delays in supplying buyers with their orders due to any problems or reasons.
7. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value due to shortages.
8. Cashier's check, money order, bank wires and Visa and Mastercard only.
9. The buyer is responsible for all bank and/or credit charges or fees, including all collection fees.
10. All orders are priced F.O.B. Augusta, MI.
11. Buyer agrees with sale to indemnify and hold seller harmless from any and all claims, actions, causes of action and any liability whatsoever, and from all costs, expenses and damages, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from any personal injury, property damage or other damages caused by the storage, transportation or by any use of the goods ordered, namely fireworks
12. Buyers may need to furnish us with the appropriate and valid federal and/or local licenses or permits
