As an added bonus to our customers we offer "FREE SHIPPING". All flags ordered from our web site are shipped free within the contiguous United States. Exceptions to free shipping may include New York City, Miami Keys, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, (along with any other location where unordinary fees are placed, as in toll charges, etc) or any country outside the continental US.

We also have merchandise available, which may require special handling and/or additional expenses due to the mode of transportation, or nature of product, which are not included in the Free Shipping category. We will contact you, prior to charging your credit card, if any of these conditions exist.

As part of our web site service we may also contact you to confirm the order. Very often we will make contact with the cardholder to help eliminate credit card fraud or to resolve any questions which may arise from the order.
